Dues

• 2024 annual assessment/dues – $200 per lot.
• 2024 RV lot annual rental fee – $240 per space.
• Late payment penalties: 10% of the assessment overdue 30 days or more;
  12% annual interest for unpaid accounts.

“…unpaid amounts shall constitute a lien against the Lot…and shall bear interest from…due date at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum until paid.” [CCRs Section 7.9]
